Mens health is important as we need to live as long as possible to annoy the opposite sex for as long as we can. On a serious note we don't look after ourselves and put everything on the back burner. With the current state of the world our mental health is even more at risk so if you are hurting or struggling talk to someone, don't stay silent. Contact me any time.
