My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Having suffered with severe anxiety and insomnia, I’m doing my part to help raise awareness and break the stigma around keeping silent about mental health struggles.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young.
