Day 9: the family and I chased Santa for a couple kms at the London Santa Claude Parade and caught him climbing off his float. He pointed at the kids and wanted to do a picture before heading to the North Pole!

Movember Day 6: 1.4 million men are diagnosed globally with prostate cancer each year according to the Movember foundation. Early detection is key to having a 98% survival rate over 5 years compared to only 26% if detected when the cancer has progressed.

Movember Day 2: Did a shave today but can’t notice too much action yet, haha. It’s all about being patient!
The Canadian Cancer Society states that 1 in 7 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in his lifetime. Let’s start raising awareness in our community about this very important topic!

Day 10: I have decided to get more active myself and have started running on a treadmill every couple nights. I have ran 8km now and am feeling good. Thanks for everyone's support!

Day 7: feeling more manly with each day that goes by! Another fact about prostate cancer is that 21,000+ Canadian men are predicted to be diagnosed this year alone. Let's raise more awareness and research to help these men!

Day 5: Can almost see a little bit of a stache now, haha. Don't forget that 1 in 7 men in Canada could be diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in their lifetime. Prevention is key!
