In the past I've done Movember for my Dad, my Mum, my brothers and no one in particular. This year I'm doing it for me.

Keeping on top of my mental health this year has been a real challenge and other than the support of some amazing friends, running has been something that clears my mind and brings some balance to everything that's going on for me.

So to really ruin running for me as a pillar of mental wellness, I'm going to run 10K every day for the month. If you want to run with me on any given day then I'll also donate $10 on your behalf - be it with me in person or remotely (provided I see your receipts).

For context, so far this year I have run just over 600km, so I'll be doing half of that in just one month. This will definitely be a challenge for me.

This year for any day that I receive more than $50 in donations I will do 50 burpees.

If shit gets real and I get more than last year's donations of $1,754.70 then I will do a 1755 rep workout split over ten exercises.
