My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I've supported Movember for 15 years since being diagnosed with testicular cancer, and have continued to raise awareness of men's cancer in memory of my dad, who lost his own battle with bowel cancer.

This year my focus will be mental health and male suicide, having sadly lost my dear friend and fellow Ambassador Marc Rodwell. So I will be moving more then 60 #MilesForMarc in his memory representing the 60 men who lose their lives to suicide worldwide every hour.
