My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer

It's hard to believe that it's been 10 years since I was diagnosed with Stage 3 prostate cancer following a standard PSA test. Within a month my prostate was removed followed by an 8 week course of radiation therapy. I am one of the lucky ones -- I am a survivor. Unfortunately, many men are not as fortunate as me and I want to help them by raising funds for Movember. In fact, 5 years ago a very close friend passed away from prostate cancer -- way too young.

The funds raised in Movember saved my life and I want to ensure men who are diagnosed with prostate or testicular cancer have the same or better chance for a positive outcome as I was given. Participating in Movember is one way of turning a negative time in my life into a positive.
