I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety, and have lived with this diagnosis for many years. While things are good now, they haven't always been this way. I am open about my diagnosis, but many people are not, and many are undiagnosed because of the stigma. I grow my Mo for those people who are scared of their own mental illness, those who don't get the help they need because they are scared to speak out
