My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Men's health

Anyone who knows me well will know that I am very passionate about a number of things, one of these being potato waffles (big up Birdseye). Improving men's health is also something I'm incredibly passionate about.

As it stands, on average men die 6 years earlier than their female counterparts, with 4 out of 5 suicides being male. Movember is a charity dedicated to helping men live longer by changing men's attitudes to their health and researching new treatments in the field of testicular and prostate cancer.

Personally, Movember is a charity very close to my heart on account of its work with Men's mental health. I have seen, like I'm sure many of you have, the devastating effect of Mental Illness among friends and family. I do not want to lose a brother, a father, a grandfather, a friend or colleague before their time and it is for this reason that I take part in Movember every year.

First of all I thank you for taking the time to read this and I ask you if you get a chance to make donation to Movember this year. Together we can change the face of Men's health and stop the men that matter in our lives from dying too young.
