Mental health and suicide prevention

Anxiety is a part of my daily life and has been for the past six years, only recently did I become aware of this. My anxiety manifests in different ways and came to light through a compounded effect of challenging experiences I refused to acknowledge, process, or give credit to their emotional significance over my lifetime.

I am raising funds to continue the conversation, draw attention and normalize the challenges of mental health, and be an advocate for others facing similar challenges.
