My motivation

I'm growing a moustache to raise funds and awareness for the physical and mental health issues affecting men; in particular, prostate and penile cancer, the former of which is the 2nd most common cancer type, and 5th leading cause of cancer-related death amongst men.
I've also committed to running 60km over the month - 60km for the 60 men we lose every hour of every year to suicide worldwide.
