Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

This year is a new mo'tivation altogether. After 11 years of living with prostate cancer, my dad passed away in December. He was the greatest man I have ever known. He taught me everything about being a man, brother, son, partner, doctor and human. The impact he has had on me, our family and everyone that he touched will last a lifetime. Please take the time this month to think about the people in your life affected not only by prostate and testicular cancer, but all those who struggle with their mental health.
