For all of those out there that may be disappointed by the lack of wacky facial hair the last few years, this past week I tried to do the right thing by putting the Mo in Movember. Have a great day meow!

Today is the day of reveal and with a late surge and double (interclass) agent deception CONGRATS TO SIXTH PERIOD! They have earned a pizza party and a "Clean Frenzel" look for the week! My classes did phenomenal this year and raised a record amount for Men's Health.

Penny War 2019 totals are in and my classes have set a new record! Over the last 4 weeks my classes have raised $823.57, including $491.70 in the final week alone. I am so incredibly proud of their generosity and ingenuity in fundraising! I'll reveal the winner next Monday and the facial hairstyle I will be sporting in support of my winning class!

This is the final week of Movember, so please consider donating to support Men's Health! Thank you everyone for the support this month!

The Penny War is over at 4pm today, and my classes have ALREADY set a new record with potential late donations still to be made! Their facial hair bounties have been voted upon and are posted here.

I'll finalize the count over the weekend and post the overall donations. Check back on Monday, December 2nd, to see who wins!

Week 3 of the 2019 Penny War concludes with a solid $108.27 to continue their record-setting pace. My classes are now a very achievable $221 away from setting a Penny War record. The strategies utilized have been inventive and many seem to be coming to fruition this week! Keep a lookout for the proposed facial hair styles coming this Thursday or Friday.

Also, my classes continue to CRUSH my friends, family, and former students in fundraising, extending their lead this week. Teenagers: $331.87 - People with REAL Jobs: $210

Week 2 of the Penny War concluded and the serious tactics have begun to kick in. This week, my classes raised over $165 to bring our two week total to $223.60! I am very proud of my students, but I think that things are just getting started and know of pending major strategies that have yet to be employed. Pay attention as the drama continues to unfold further next week.
