My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

There is a huge stigma around men’s mental health. For some reason, us men don't see the need to look for help and even when help is on offer we ignore it. This year, for my Movember campaign I am going to MOVE. I have set a goal of running 250k in 30 days to both try and highlight the importance of mental health and show that seeking help is not something to be ashamed of. Donations appreciated x
