Movember Morning Walks 2022

My moustache has become a regular fixture on my face. It has survived another 11 months and it is time for it to come off again.

Over the month of Movember, I aiming to catch up for a morning walk with 20 different people or groups.

I will either meet you at the Auckland Domain or at your house at 6:30am - just pick your option via the Calendly link.

I am passionate about starting your day off with exercise and laying the foundations for whatever you have to deal with next.
