Movember is here again. A good reason to look forward to the month of November-to raise money for Men's Health/Prostate Cancer. My moustache turned into a Beard back in July 2012, representing my Father's passing, who also sported a Beard for many years. We had different reasons behind our beards, nonetheless, we both have grown attached to each other. So I try to discipline myself to be involved in the Moving side of Movember, doing different activities each day. Never stop moving, otherwise, your joints will stop working. That is the "pearl of the day". No amount is too small, as it all adds up. Thank you in advance for your continued support! H
