My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

In 2015 one of my closest friends took his own life after a decade of battling depression. I am motivated to raise both awareness and money for charities that support those with depression and anxiety to hopefully prevent the suicide rate of young male adults in Australia.

Wow Josh, what an incredible feat! I have always admired everything you do to raise funds for Movember (an especially important cause) and to keep Nick’s memory alive. You are an incredibly good friend and what you have done this year is absolutely amazing!

We are at the mid-point of #Movember for 2019, and the ginger moustache owns the shot.

This past week saw a few work colleagues and I host a forum whereby we discussed all things men's health, and we were fortunate to welcome Jake Lambert from Movember Australia. It was at times confronting, but it was an excellent opportunity to share some personal experiences with mental illness, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

Next week, the cricket comes into focus with The 2019 Nic MacBean Cup now only three weeks away and an opportunity to meet some of the Australian test team to promote Movember.
